Orders and Shipping
Orders are usually delivered within 24–48 hours in the Tricity area (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula). For other locations, delivery times may vary between 3–5 business days depending on the courier.
Simply click on the “My Account” button on our website, enter your email and a password, and you’re ready to shop fresh from our farm.
You can update your shipping address anytime under My Account > Addresses before placing your next order.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also check order status in your account dashboard.
No, we do not store your card details. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
Yes, applicable GST is included in the product price as per government regulations.
Currently, we deliver only within India. International shipping is not available yet.
